Hello, Fall 2022, and hello boots season. As much as we love the comfort of dainty summer sandals, we get excited about updating our footwear, especially boots. Depending on where you live, buying new boots is a prerequisite each fall and winter. Here in Canada, we value the importance of wearing winter boots and updating them frequently because they endure a heavy beating throughout prolonged winters. Slushy salted roads will damage the best of winter footwear and even winter outwear. Is that an excuse to shop the latest boot trends? Absolutely. Got to keep our limbs warm and stylish.

Are you a cool girl? Hahaha! I think most of us women consider everyone else to be cooler than ourselves. Amiright? Especially as we get older, it becomes more and more difficult to really feel cool. By this time our kids have rolled their eyes at us so many times we’ve left all the cool vibes behind. And despite the fact that those same kids have generally come around again to seeing us as wise beyond our own estimation, we still feel pretty dorky when we get around the younger set. But let me whisper something in your ear, dear friend over 50. You are one of the coolest girls I know! Why? Because you’re still showing up and giving it your best. And you absolutely can wear what the cool girls are wearing this fall.

If anyone (or anything rather) can convince people to drop everything and immediately start shopping it’s Amazon, specifically during one of their rare sale events. Knowing that, it shouldn’t take much to sway you all to put down your phones (unless you’re an in-app shopper) and Tuesday to-do lists to instead head to Amazon.com for the site’s annual Early Access Sale, which starts today, October 11th, and ends tomorrow, October 12th. 

Though not as big a deal as Prime Day, Amazon Prime’s Early Access Sale still features a ridiculous amount of discounts, on everything from Kim Kardashian’s Beats earbuds and Olaplex hair products to classic Ray-Bans and affordable yet elevated basics from The Drop. And just like its big-sister sale, the deals (and products) won’t last long. Before the items on your Amazon wishlist sell out, shop them at a discounted price between now and Wednesday night.
